Dead Night 1

HSJ kicked off the inaugural edition of “Honolulu Dead Night”. This event is intended to feature Grateful Dead bands, a Shakedown Street, and other miscellaneous shenanigans. We’ll see how that works out in the future, but HSJ’s first foray into the world of bar gigs was a lot of fun. We broke with tradition and actually rehearsed a couple of times. The in-house sound guy might have gotten a little too enthusiastic with the volume knob, but other than that the night exceeded our expectations.
